		<description>If their intention is to target the &quot;entry level&quot; then you&#039;re right, it IS silly - whether or not to use a product like Oracle is the kind of infrastructure decision that&#039;s most often made (sometimes implicitly) before the system is even architectured.  I can&#039;t imagine Oracle entering the classic MSSQL vs MySQL...  Furthermore, if you’re working with a company that’s seriously considering Oracle the idea of a &quot;free version&quot; probably isn’t that compelling...</description>
