I was able to get a clean export using 1024x768 as the capture size, and then using the expert setting to export at the same resolution (1024x768). &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Doesn&#039;t the HDV 720p file need to be exported at 1280x720 in order to be clean (since that&#039;s its native resolution)?&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;iMovie is going to be a hell of a lot more useful for me with this from now on. Since you can record voiceovers, I&#039;ll be able to make bad ass QuickTime training movies Lynda.com-style! :)</description>
